where you'll have the opportunity to practice mindfulness and learn about the latest research in neuroscience,

art therapy, and movement. Our program will begin with a check-in to help you connect with your inner world and

set your intentions for the day.


Then, we'll dive into our first workshop, "3wisdom and Nuro-science," where you'll discover how the latest finding

in neuroscience can help you cultivate greater awareness and resilience in your daily life. In our second workshop,

"Art Therapy Mandala & Self-Reflection," you'll have the chance to tap into your creativity and express yourself through art.


Through the process of creating mandalas and reflecting on your inner world, you'll deepen your understanding of yourself

and your emotions. Our third workshop, "Mindfulness Movements," will invite you to move your body and connect with your breath.

Through gentle yoga and other mindfulness practices, you'll learn how to bring greater awareness to your body and cultivate

a sense of calm and presence.


Finally, we'll wrap up our program with a feed-forward Q&A, where you can share your insights and ask questions about your experience.

To fully immerse yourself in our program, please bring a yoga mat and a pillow seat for meditation. We'll be meeting at Speelbos Made,
